This Small Group Personal Training Session is a personalized program that includes a very unique workout specifically designed to meet your very own Fitness needs. Constantly supervising and teaching correct technique. It includes: Fitness Assessment, Body measurements, Body Mass Index (BMI) reading, BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate) and Diet counseling as well as all the support and motivation needed to achieve maximum Fitness results and overall well being. Easy to follow yet extremely challenging, in this session you will reshape your body, build muscle, and target that stubborn fat loss by combining both cardiovascular training, resistance training and diet, all in a safe, non intimidating environment. It is scientifically proven that working out with a partner/friend can improve your success rate in weight loss and fitness, your small group can be just you and your best friend or it can be you and a family member or it can be both!

X-60 Is a well rounded program that involves one of the most popular forms of training: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It consists of six rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 40 seconds on-10 seconds off intervals. Each round is a rotation of plyometrics and strength training that last about 2-3 minutes each, but those 2-3 minutes may well push your body to its absolute limit!

X-60 trains your body to burn calories at its maximum capacity and provides a killer full-body aerobic and anaerobic workout. It also improves athletic performance, improves glucose metabolism, builds muscle strength, muscle endurance and acts as an excellent catalyst for fat burning. The excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) effect is off the charts for this type of training.

This workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level.  Routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and scalp the body.

Military style training using a variation of fitness equipment such as plyometric boxes, heavy ropes, sand bags, etc. As your body keeps transforming throughout the weeks the challenge will increase. The main focus will be on progression-regression, good form, breathing techniques etc. Both beginner and advance exercisers are welcome to this class for a total body makeover.

Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of Yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

Flow-Based Hatha Yoga uses movement and breath together to produce a “flow” of postures that lead from one to the next.
