•Minimum of 3 workout days per week for 6 weeks for maximum results
•One hour classes
•Pre and post assessment measurements to track progress
•Participants will begin lifestyle changes through realistic individual goal settings with this BOOTCAMP BOOST CHALLENGE PROGRAM!

X•60 (Tabata training), HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Zumba, Bootcamp, Step Aerobics and Step HIIT, Hatha Yoga and X•NRG (High Intensity Dance Aerobics)
